Analogue power amplifier
For continuous valves with one or two magnets. The voltage supply range is between 10...30 V.
0...10 V, ±10 V, 0...20 mA
and 4...20 mA can be processed as input signals.
The settings of MIN, MAX, RAMP and DITHER are made per potentiometer.
The inner workings of these amplifiers are completely digital.
An output current range from 1.0 A to 2.6 A can be implemented.
Internal monitors report such typical errors as cable breakage with the input signal (4...20 mA) as well as cable breakage to the
magnets via the LED.
Digital power amplifier
For continuous directional control valves or for two continuous pressure or continuous throttle valves.
The voltage supply range is between 10...30 V.
0...10V, ±10V, 0...20 mA and 4...20 mA can be processed as input signals.
An output current range from 1.0 A to 2.6 A can be implemented. One PWM input can be integrated as an option.
All settings are carried out flexibly via the USB port, which means that 100% reproducibility is ensured.
This is an advantage, particularly for serial utilisation and for adjustment to various continuous valves.
A characteristic curve linearisation via freely definable XY points for adjusting flow rates and/or pressure curves, respectively, remains available.
Just as with the analogue variant, the error messages here are reported additionally through a switching output.
Plug amplifiers
The small and compact design is achieved at low cost through digital electronic construction and a standard Hirschmann housing
(GDM 2011).
This completely digital version is parameterised on-site at the plug by means of two buttons. The parameterisation is supported by an
LED display. Parameterisation is also possible using parameterisation software and an interface box / USB interface.
The plug-in power amplifier is available with an M12 screwdriver (DESINA standard) or optionally for custom cabling.

賀德克壓力繼電器EHCD-AM002XXXR怎樣使用
首先用于安全保護時,將壓力繼電器設置在夾緊液壓缸的一端,液壓泵啟動后,首先將工件夾緊,此時夾緊液壓缸的右腔壓力升高,當升高到壓力繼電器的調(diào)定值時,壓力繼電器動作,發(fā)出電信號使2YA通電,于是切削液壓缸進刀切削。在加工期間,壓力繼電器微動開關的常開觸點始終閉合。若工件沒有夾緊,壓力繼電器2斷開,于是2YA斷電,切削液壓缸立即停止進刀,從而避免工件未夾緊被切削而出事故。
其實用于控制執(zhí)行元件的順序動作時,液壓泵啟動后,首先2YA通電,液壓缸左腔進油,推動活塞方向右移。當碰到限位器(或死擋鐵)后,系統(tǒng)壓力升高,壓力繼電器發(fā)出電信號,使1YA通電,高壓油進入液壓缸的左腔,推動活塞右移。這時若3YA也通電,液壓缸的活塞快速右移;若3YA斷電,則液壓缸的活塞慢速右移,其慢速運動速度由節(jié)流閥調(diào)節(jié)。
再次用于液壓泵卸荷時,壓力繼電器不是控制液壓泵停止轉動,而是控制二位二通電磁閥,將液壓泵5輸出的壓力油流回油箱,使其卸荷。
后用于液壓泵的啟閉時,有兩個液壓泵,高壓小流量泵,低壓大流量泵。當活塞快速下降時,兩泵同時輸出壓力油。當液壓缸活塞桿抵住工件開始加壓時,壓力繼電器在壓力油作用下發(fā)出動作,觸動微動開關,將常閉觸點斷開,使液壓泵停轉。在加工過程中減慢液壓缸的速度,同時減少動力消耗。
賀德克壓力繼電器EHCD-AM002XXXR的使用注意事項
(1)根據(jù)具體用途和系統(tǒng)壓力選用適當結構形式的壓力繼電器,為了保證壓力繼電器動作靈敏,避免低壓系統(tǒng)選用高壓壓力繼電器。
(2)應按照制造廠的要求,正確安裝壓力繼電器。
(3)按照所要求的電源形式和具體要求對壓力繼電器中的微動開關進行接線。
(4)壓力繼電器調(diào)整完畢后,應鎖定或固定其位置.以免受振動后變動。
(5)壓力繼電器的泄油腔應直接接回油箱,否則會使泄油口背壓過高,影響其靈敏度。
賀德克壓力繼電器EHCD-AM002XXXR主要性能有以下幾個方面
(1)調(diào)壓范圍
壓力繼電器能夠發(fā)出電信號的低工作壓力和高工作壓力的范圍稱為調(diào)壓范圍。
(2)靈敏度與通斷調(diào)節(jié)區(qū)間
系統(tǒng)壓力升高到壓力繼電器的調(diào)定值時,壓力繼電器動作接通電信號的壓力稱為開啟壓力;系統(tǒng)壓力降低,壓力繼電器復位切斷電信號的壓力稱為閉合壓力。開啟壓力與閉合壓力的差值稱為壓力繼電器的靈敏度。差值小則靈敏度高。為避免系統(tǒng)壓力波動時壓力繼電器時通時斷,要求開啟壓力與閉合壓力有一定的差值,此差值若可調(diào),則稱為通斷調(diào)節(jié)區(qū)間。
(3)升壓或降壓動作時間
壓力繼電器入口側壓力由卸荷壓力升至調(diào)定壓力時,微動開關觸點接通發(fā)出電信號的時間稱為升壓動作時間,反之,壓力下降,觸點斷開發(fā)出斷電信號的時間稱為降壓動作時間。
(4)重復精度
在一定的調(diào)定壓力下,多次升壓(或降壓)過程中,開啟壓力或閉合壓力本身的差值稱為重復精度,差值小則重復精度高。
選用標準
根據(jù)所測對象的壓力來選用,比如所測壓力范圍在8KG以內(nèi),那么就要選用額定10KG的壓力繼電器,還有要符合電路中的額定電壓,接口管徑的大小。
